Digital Health Initiative (DHI)

( a project based on corporate social responsibility)

What Does The Company Intend To Do ?

Now the company is set to offer a complete solution for creating a healthy society towards its corporate social responsibility under the title “Digital Health Initiative”. The initiative would address four stages of health care (i) Preventive, (ii) Diagnostic, (iii) Therapeutic and (iv) Recuperative. New tools and concepts developed in various realms of science and technology would be used to cater to the needs of people. All preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic and recuperative services would be rendered to people using ‘Net-centric Cloud and Physical Infrastructure’. Though this proposal is meant for one state in India, it could be further extended to other states also.

Digital Health Initiative (DHI) – A Brief Description

This is a well thought over plan for creating a healthy society in India which is the need of the hour. As outlined above, four stages of health care are premeditated to expedite this initiative. Every citizen will hold a ‘Unique Health Vector (UHV)’ which in turn will form an ordered couple with his / her ‘Unique Identity Number (UIN)’ as <UIN, UHV>. The UIN could be that of ‘Aadhaar’. Right from the birth of an Indian citizen, his / her health status will be coded in UHV as instantiation of its variables. The UIN code will remain constant as long as the citizen is alive and it would expire along with the citizen. The UHV vector is a linear array of, say ‘n’ variables, called state variables of a ‘one dimensional cellular automaton’ and each variable will range over a set of numerical values or graphical symbols from an alphabet. Each variable represents a health parameter. The linear array of values at a particular instant of time is called ‘Health Configuration (HC)’. HC of a person at a time instant ‘t’ is represented as Ѥt. Let a variable of the UHV be represented as ξ. Then Ѥt at a particular instant of time is a linear array ξ1t, ξ2t, ξ3t,..., ξn-1t, ξnt. Ѥt+1 at a next instant of time would be a function of the linear array and it is represented as Ѥt+1 = F(ξ1t, ξ, ξ3t,..., ξn-1t, ξnt). All these amount to saying that the health status Ѥt+1 of a person at a time instant ‘(t+1)’ is a function of Ѥt at time instant ‘t’. Improvement or deterioration of a person’s health depends on the ‘rule of life’ practiced by the individual. Let us represent a normal health status of a person at a time instant ‘t’ by Ѥt. Let us denote ill health status of a person at a time instant ‘t’ by ¬Ѥt. Let us denote the improving health of a person at a time instant ‘t’ by ¬ÑѤt. Let us denote the deteriorating health of a person at a time instant ‘t’ by ¬ΔѤt. Now the question that arises here is that what action to be taken to sustain good health of an individual. The answer lies in seven logical formulas of health care.

Formula 1:

Ѥt+1 = Ѥt

(Preventive health care is taken for an individual)

Formula 2:

Ѥt+1 = ѤtV¬Ѥt

(Diagnostic health care is taken for an individual)

Formula 3:

Ѥt+1 = ¬(ѤtV¬Ѥt)

(Diagnostic health care is NOT taken for an individual)

Formula 4:

Ѥt+1 = ¬ÑѤt

(Therapeutic health care is taken for an individual)

Formula 5:

Ѥt+1 = ¬ΔѤt

(Therapeutic health care is NOT taken for an individual)

Formula 6:

¬ÑѤt+1 = ¬ÑѤt

(Recuperative health care is taken for an individual)

Formula 7:

¬ΔѤt+1 = ¬ÑѤt

(Recuperative health care is NOT taken for an individual)

The net-centric cloud and physical infrastructure trained in the above seven formulas forms what we call as “Digital Health Initiative (DHI)” and this coordinates people, various government and private agencies, emergency units and medical and health care institutions, diagnostic centers and hospitals in and outside India under the following categories:

Distributed Diagnostic Centers and Radiological Services

Cloud Services Using Software and Physical Infrastructure Management

Tele Medicine

Tele Robotic Surgery

Emergency and Traumatic Care

Distributed Drug Administration

Medical Transcription for Expert Advice

Electronic Surgery for Practicing Physicians and Academicians

Data Analytics in Anatomical and Clinical Research
